Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2007.  She began her career at Clifford Chance LLP and qualified into commercial real estate where she acted for high profile and prestigious institutions on complex acquisitions, disposals and property development issues.

After several years of practising in the commercial sphere, Gemma decided to retrain in family law and joined the Moss Fallon team in June 2015.  Gemma was promoted to partner in September 2018, became head of the London office in August 2021 and was appointed Co Managing Partner in January 2023. 

Gemma specialises in high value and complex cases across all aspects of family law. She is astute, pragmatic but tough when needed.  She draws on her previous corporate experience to bring a wider understanding of commerciality  concerns for clients and is always tenacious and driven to secure the best possible outcome.

Outside of the office, Gemma is often to be found on long dog walks with her dogs Reggie and Rambo, and enjoying time in the country with her partner and her two step-children.
