Moss Fallon was established in 2008. Since then we have assembled an exceptionally strong team of more than 30 partners and staff with backgrounds in law firms such as Payne Hicks Beach, Mishcon de Reya, Manches, Vardags, Stewarts, Clifford Chance and Linklaters, and a younger generation who we have generated and trained in house.

Since we started in 2008 our Senior Solicitors have always worked flexibly, however, wherever, whenever it suits them.
They have no targets other than those they set themselves. They are paid up to 75% of the value they generate, plus a percentage of the value of delegated work.
This is possible because we operate a distributive business model as opposed to an exploitative structure.
