Emma studied Law at Exeter University and after a period of time travelling and working abroad, she qualified as a personal injury practitioner.

After several years, Emma decided to pursue her interest in family law and retrained in this field. She joined Moss Fallon in 2020 and specialises in all areas of family law including divorce and financial dispute resolution as well as private law children matters.

Emma looks after a range of clients from a diverse background. She is approachable, supportive and committed to resolving disputes as constructively and efficiently as possible.

Emma’s spare time is mostly spent with her three children but she also enjoys travelling and equestrian sports.
