Harriet co-founded Moss Fallon together with Justin Moss in 2008. She took a degree in rural land management before changing paths to study law and has a particular expertise in cases involving farms and estates. 

Having built up a very successful and varied practice over the years, in 2019 Harriet stepped back from practice. She remains actively involved in the business, focusing on client development and relations. 

She is a school Governor at a local prep school and lives with her husband, three children and far too many animals in a village outside Cirencester.
