Nina is a Partner at Moss Fallon. Nina joined the firm in June 2020 and previously spent over 9 years at Mishcon de Reya in London.

With extensive combined experience in family law and commercial litigation (specialising in fraud), Nina offers a depth and breadth of experience in all aspects of family law and family life - she has developed particular capabilities in resolution of complex and high value financial issues on divorce and private children law matters. 

Nina has significant experience in cases with an element of non-disclosure and is adept in dealing with wider issues affecting families such as separation, property disputes, injunctions and enforcement, marital agreements, cohabitation and all private children arrangements including residence and contact arrangements, and relocation.  

Nina works for clients from a wide range of backgrounds including entrepreneurs, family business owners, city professionals, celebrities, sports industry professionals and the independently wealthy.

Nina is approachable, supportive and as such builds and maintains trusting relationships with clients. She is pragmatic and takes a big picture and commercial approach to family law matters seeking to reduce acrimony and resolve matters quickly so that families can move on with their lives.  

Nina graduated from the University of Leeds with a Law degree following which she completed her training at Mishcon de Reya in 2010.  Nina is fluent in Spanish.
