Kate O’Callaghan

Kate completed an undergraduate degree in Law and a master’s degree in Commercial Law at Durham University. She completed her Accelerated Legal Practice Course in 2018 at BPP University London.

She undertook her training contract with Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, where she worked on high profile and complex commercial disputes. After two years of practising commercial litigation post-qualification, Kate decided to retrain in family law and joined Moss Fallon in June 2022.

Kate enjoys being outdoors, travelling, swimming, physical fitness, and cooking.
