Sofia Louca


Sofia has experience in all areas of family law, particularly cases with complex financial issues. A significant number of the cases she assists with involve trusts and corporate structures.

Sofia also has experience in children matters, including living arrangements and financial provision. During her law degree, she gained experience at a niche family law firm specialising in child abduction cases.

Sofia speaks fluent English and Greek.


Sofia studied Law at King’s College London and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at BPP London in 2017.

Prior to joining Moss Fallon, Sofia gained experience at Stewarts in their divorce and family department. Whilst at Stewarts, she was involved with the preparation of the Court of Appeal case of Kelly v Pyres [2018] EWCA Civ 1368, on juristictional and forum shopping issues.

Sofia joined Moss Fallon in 2018 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in November 2019.


Sofia likes to balance her professional life with physical fitness. She enjoys travelling, cooking for friends and family and practicing yoga.
